v1.2.0 Major Update

Changes:

• Redid the whole rent paying system so now you will get higher rent if you buy a house or new apartment through the shop

• Added popularity so you can buy items to increase the amount of views you get per video.

• You now start with 10k instead of just 1000$ as i rebalanced how expensive rent is.

• Added an item SHOP!
