v1.2.1 Hotfix and General Updates

Changes:

• Balanced the rent again so it should be more difficult but also more fun.

• Added so you can't go into a negative amount of money.

• When you run out of money you now go bankrupt instead of just going into the negatives as previously mentioned.

• Changed the algorithm for popularity so it should have a bigger influence on views and subs gain per video

Fixes:

• Fixed bug where the post video button never shows up after going into the shop
