v1.3.0 Update

- Added tutorial to help you to know when you can be monetized

- Moved the post video button so its less likely to press the x to close window

- Moved the x button in the shop so its less likely to click the wrong button

- Added so you can see what you have earned in just the month you are in

- Made the viral icon last longer before getting removed

- Made views an icon instead of text

- Small changes to the view algorithm

- Small changes to how popularity is calculated

There will be a bunch of bugs but there will be a hotfix released soon
